Ciheb Zambia is a local nongovernmental organization collaborating with the Ministry of Health and Provincial Health Management teams to strengthen health systems for improved quality of health care in Zambia. Ciheb Zambia is collaborating with the University of Maryland, Baltimore, with funding from Presidential Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) through the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to strengthen health systems for the provision of HIV prevention and treatment services, roll-out surveillance systems and to support national COVID-19 vaccine preparedness and disease prevention.

Ciheb Zambia is seeking proposals from reputable vendors to be engaged for the supply, install, configure, train and commission of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution.

Purpose:
Ciheb Zambia has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from vendors offering proven integrated solutions to replace Ciheb Zambia’s existing finance system (Quickbooks), and customized procurement workflow system. Ciheb Zambia seeks a qualified vendor (Proposer) who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities, along with the experience, expertise, and qualifications necessary to provide a fully integrated customized ERP solution along with the professional services specified to complete the ERP implementation and to support the system post-implementation.
