Job Description:
• Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional looking for a new challenge? Join our team at as a Supply Chain Manager, where you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Supply Chain Management:
• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supplier Management:
• Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms.
• Inventory Optimization:
• Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs.
Monitor and analyse inventory performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Logistics and Distribution:
• Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation and distribution processes.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Utilize data and analytics to identify efficiency gains and cost-saving opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure alignment and efficient communication.
Act as a liaison between departments to optimize overall business performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in supply chain management with a track record of success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with supply chain software and technologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
