Job description
Vivo Energy Zambia are looking for a Supply and Distribution intern to join their team! The individual will report to the S&D Manager for a 12-month contract basis, with the possibility to extend thereafter via mutual agreement.
The individual will support the Supply & Distribution function mainly on administrative activities as well as execute a project in distribution for the purpose of growth.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Monthly aggregating and tracking departmental costs i.e. Depot, Engineering and RT
• Weekly tracking of CAPEX utilization
• Oil loss weekly reporting for both lubes and ground fuels.
• Follow up on audit items across the department (ERB, AI PS, VAH etc)
• Support engineers with administrative tasks such as but not limited to purchase requisitions, signing off invoices, physical inspection of works and quotes invoices for payment.
• Daily tracking and closing of maintenance tickets for both distribution and sales Ensure timely compliance to statutory inspections & validation regulations.
• Close SAP Maintenance project for retail sites
• Daily tracking of work exceptionally approved to be done with purchase order.

Requirements
• Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering preferable)
• Working with spreadsheets in MS Applications
• Ability to accurately check a large number of documents
• Capability to work with SAP and progress product orders, transfers and schedule delivery
