Job Description

Competence Evaluation and Monitoring

• To implement the induction procedures for new staff
  
• To conduct training needs assessment of NCD Food Safety personnel
  
• Developing training programme
  
• Organizing for qualification of NCD personnel
  
• Ensuring that competence of NCD personnel is maintained
  
• Ensures that NCD personnel competence files are up to date
  
• Evaluate performance of Certification officers
  

Providing technical support

• Prepare audit programs for Food Safety clients
  
• Reviewing Food Safety audit reports and give feedback to auditors
  
• Conduct research on controversial food safety issues and advise as appropriate
  

Development, maintenance and improvement of Food Safety Management Systems

• Actively involves in writing up of or reviewing any documentation that may be required,
  
• Carry out all activities as per available policies, manuals, procedures, etc.
  

Reporting

Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submit them to the Director

Job Profile

A0 in Engineering, Food sciences, Food Technology, Food processing or Quality Management System with 2 years of working experience;

Key technical skills and knowledge required:
