JOB DETAILS:

POSITION: TAX MANAGER

DEPARTMENT: FINANCE

Key Responsibilities:

Job holder will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an effective system for tax planning, accounting, reporting and management in order to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and to deliver optimal value to shareholders by minimizing any potential tax exposure to the business.
The position also administers tax regulations, processes and ensure compliance.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business(with an accounting or Finance emphasis).
  
• Qualified accountant ACCA, CPA or its Equivalent.
  
• 7 Years accounting experience with at least 3 years in Taxation.
  
• Good knowledge of all accounting functional areas.
  
• Proven ability to analyse complex business issues and identify, design and implement effective practical recommendations.
  
• Excellent Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  
• Working knowledge of local Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP).
