Technical Officer (Intern)

Location: Lusaka
General Description: Be part of a team of Engineers who are innovators of disruptive technology.
Responsibilities:
• Pre-sales: Assist the Service Advisor with Solution Architecture.
• Deployment: Lead with Documentation, Implementation & Project Management.
• Support: SLA and Continuous Service Improvement.
Qualifications:
• O’ level: Distinction (1) in Mathematics and Science.
• ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000-1 or TOGAF or COBIT.
• Additional Certification in Microsoft an added advantage.
Job Experience: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Level of Education: High School
