MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Tertiary/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any Business related course with at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in an IT sales environment will be an added advantage.
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and persuade customers.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Should be under 35 years

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Selling IT products especially batteries and laptops in store.
• Sometimes could be sent either for deliveries or other administrative needs around the city.
• Fully understanding customer’s needs and requirements and providing them with timely responses and solutions.
• Providing advice about the advantages of particular software, services, equipment or products.
• Persuading potential customers to purchase products, leading price negotiations and achieving set sales targets ensuring sustained business growth and profitability.
• Advising customers of updates and new technologies.
• Being familiar with competitors’ activities and products.
