TELESALES/RECEPTlONlST PERSON (1) – Lusaka
Background
Curechem Zambia Limited, a leading supplier of high quality agricultural, food grade, industrial, water treatment and mining Chemicals is recruiting forthe position below. .

Key Responsibilities
1. Submission of end of month sales report to the supervisor.
2. Upkeep of all registers up date at reception – attendance, inquiry, in-out etc.
3. Assisting Sales Representatives With inquiries, follow up on quotations.
4. Opening of 2 new clients every month through Tele-sales.
5. Keeping record of customer enquiries for new products and ensuring they are auctioned.
6. Follow ups on payment from debtors and search for new clients.
7. Gathering of market information i.e; competitors, customers and pricing.
8. Submission of daily 30 calls to clients and submit to supervisor – every Friday.
9. Filling of quotations and Purchase orders from the clients and given to clients.
10. Responding to inquires on emails, Calls and walking in, follow up on old clients to improve sales.

Essential Requirements
• Minimum of Diploma in Chemical Engineering. A Degree will be an added advantage
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proven excellent communication skills
• Candidate must be trainable.
• Good interpersonal relations
• Good computer skills in word, excel and PowerPoint
• Preferably female
