INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
RDA/ONB/ORB/004/24: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) MOBILE POTHOLE- PATCHING MACHINE
The Road Development Agency (RDA) in its 2024 Road Sector Annual Work Plan (RSAWP) has made a provision for the procurement of various road maintenance equipment. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds could be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of a Mobile Pothole-Patching Machine.

The Road Development Agency (RDA) now invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of One (1) Mobile Pothole-Patching Machine.

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding Procedures in accordance with Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020, as amended by Act No.17 of 2023. Bidding is open to both citizen and local bidders; however, local bidders shall be required to partner with citizen bidders as required by Section 39 (3) of the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020.

The bidding documents can be accessed from the e-GP system through the ZPPA website (www.zppa.org.zm) and the RDA website (www.rda.org.zm). A Participation Fee of K1,500.00 will be required to be paid by the prospective bidders. The payment of the Participation Fee through the e-GP System.

Bids should be submitted not later than Friday, 5 July 2024 at 10:30 hours local time through the e-GP System.
