All bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders contained in the request for proposal document.

No electronic submissions shall be accepted.

The closing date for receipt of bids is on, Friday 6th May 2022 on or before 10:00hrs local time at which time the bids received will be opened by the procurement committee. All bidders are not required to attend bid opening due to internal COVID-19 restriction measure, however, all bidders shall be sent an email copy of the bid opening record to witness and confirm the receipt of their bids and to see who else submitted the bid.

Late submissions shall not be accepted.
