This invitation for bids is open to all Contractors registered in Zambia with the National Council for Construction (NCC) Grade 5 or Better with a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA)

Eligible Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents from the Procurement and Supplies Unit, Civic Centre Adminstration Block PO Box 1. Chongwe, Zambia, Civic centre upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K500.00 bank certified transaction for the project. HOWEVER, TELEFAX OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The site visit shall be conducted on the 24 March, 2022. All Bidders are expected to be at the office of the Director Engineering at the Council Civic Centre by 09:30 hours on the said date.

Submission Procedure

Sealed bids should clearly marked "TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 1 X J CLASSROOM BLOCK AT CHONGWE PRIMARY SCHOOL.". Should be deposited in the tender box at the Council Civic Centre, along Great East road PO Box 1. Chongwe.

All bids should he quoted in the local currency The closing date for the receipt of bids is Tuesday 19 April, 2022 at 10:30 hour's local time, and any bid received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted. The bids received will be opened soon after closing in the Council Chamber at the Council Civic Centre in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend
LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED
