Tender for the Provision of Security Services at Kafubu Water and Sanitation Company Limited

Kafubu Water and Sanitation Company Limited has set aside from its budget and intends to cover eligible payments under the contract for the provision of Security Services No. KWSC/HR/SEC/0548/21 for the period of Two Years Kafubu Water and Sanitation now invites sealed bids from Eligible bidders to submit their bids for the provision of Security at Kafubu Water and Sanitation Company Limited.

Bidders should provide proof of being citizen bidder in accordance with the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020. A detailed company Profile Curriculum Vitae of Key Personal/Staff and indicate the past and present professional responsibilities, where the company has been providing services of similar nature; Bidders should further provide references from reputable institutions to which they have provided similar services.

Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders at Kafubu Water and Sanitation Head Office, Procurement Unit along Vitanda Street, Ndola fora nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Kwacha only (K500,00) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange in cash or banker's certified cheque.

Submission Procedure
Sealed bid clearly marked "provision of security services to Kafubu water and Sanitation Company Limited - KWSC/HR/SEC/0548/21 must be deposited in tender box situated by the reception at Head Office Kafubu Water and Sanitation Company Limited Head Office along B12 Mutanda Street, Ground Floor Procurement Unit. Ndola, P. O. Box 71278 Ndola, Zambia. On or before Wednesday 29th December, 2021 at 10:30 hrs Local Time. Tenders will be opened thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives

The closing date for the receipt of bids is 29th December, 2021 at 10:30 local time and any bids received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted. The bids will opened soon after closing in the Boardroom on the 29th December, 2021 at Head Office Kafubu Water and Sanitation along B12 Vitanda Street in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. HOWEVER, ELECTRONIC OFFERS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
