Submission Procedure

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents on the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) platform and on the RTSA website. The contact telephone number is 260-211-230556.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration. The authorized signatory shall duly sign the Bid Securing Declaration.

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Bidding Documents.

Bids shall be submitted through the e-GP system not later than Friday, 3rd February, 2023 at 10:30 Hours local time. The bids will be opened immediately, thereafter.
