Superior Milling Company Limited (SMCL) has made provision in the 2023 Budget towards packaging materials and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this budget to eligible payments under the Contract for the supply and delivery of packaging materials for Superior Milling Company Limited through a Two-Year Framework Agreement.

Lot 2: Matty (Non-slippery) Laminated woven bags; and

Lot 3: Laminated and Non-Laminated woven bags

Sealed bids clearly labelled "TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PACKAGING MATERIALS THROUGH A TWO-YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH MULTIPLE SUPPLIERS-SMCL/ORD/001/2023" and must be deposited in the tender box at the Superior Milling Company Limited, Reception Area, Administration Block, Plot No.. 12127/8, Chinika Industrial Area, Off Mumbwa Road, Lusaka before or by Friday i February, 2023 at 10:30 Hours local time. Bids should be accompanied by & Bid Securing Declaration.

Submission Procedure

The closing date for the receipt of bids is Friday, 10" February, 2023 at 10:30 local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below immediately after 10:30 Hours local time.
