Invitation for Bids (IFB)
NCB NO: NCZ/G-021/2021: Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia Limited.

1. Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia Limited hos reserved funds under its 2021 Budget provision and intends to apply part of these funds towards contract for the supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

2. Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia Limited now invites sealed bids from eligible and Interested Suppliers for the supply and delivery of PPE

3. Prospective bidders must quote as specified in the schedule of Requirements in Section VI of the standard Bidding Documents as not quoting as specified in the schedule will be considered as non-responsive

4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures consistent with the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 of the laws of Zambia and the Public Procurement Regulations. Statutory Instruments No.63 of 2011,

7. Bids should be clearly marked: NCZ/G-021/2021: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR NITROGEN CHEMICALS OF ZAMBIA LIMITED". Appropriately bound bold labeled and sealed bids should be deposited in the tender box on the Ground Floor, Main Reception of the Administration Block, Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia Limited, Kafue industrial Estate President Avenue, Kafue on or before 15th December 2021 at 10:30 Hours local time and must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the bid price, late, faxed and electronic bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
