INVITATION FOR BIDS

TENDER NO. EPPA/G//MFL/02/21: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (01NO.) X MOTOR VEHICLE FOR PROVINCIAL FISHERIES AND LIVESTOCK COORDINATING OFFICE

The Provincial Fisheries and Livestock Coordinating Office, Eastern Province, has received funds from the Government of the Republic of Zambia and intends to use part of the proceeds towards the purchase of a Motor Vehicle.

The Provincial Administration, Eastern Province, on behalf of Provincial Fisheries and Livestock Coordinating Office, now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers to participate in the supply and delivery of one (01) x Motor Vehicle.

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures consistent with the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011.

Submission Procedure

Bids must be priced in Zambian Kwacha and should be sent clearly marked "Tender for the Supply and Delivery of one (01) x Motor Vehicle for Provincial Fisheries and Livestock Coordinating Office." And addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Provincial Administration, P.O Box 510019, Chipata and must be sent not later than Tuesday, 29th June 2021 at 10:00 hours local time.

Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Provincial Administration, Eastern Province, on or before Tuesday, 29th June 2021 at 10:00 hour's local time.

The closing date for the receipt of bids is Tuesday, 29 June 2021 at 10:00 hour's local time and any bid received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted. The bids will be opened soon after closing in the Conference Room, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

A Bid Securing Declaration or a Bid security of 2% of the total bid sum must be submitted together with the Bid document on or before the closing date.

LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
