The Senga Hill Town Council has received Government funding of the 2022 Constituency Development Funds and wishes to apply part of the proceeds for the eligible payment towards the procurement of a Tipper Truck.

The Senga Hill Town Council now invites sealed bids from eligible Citizen Bidders only for supply and delivery of a brand new 20 Tonnes Tipper Truck.
The method of procurement being used is Open National Bidding (ONB) in accordance with the Public Procurement Act No. 12 of 2020, Section 39 (2).
Interested eligible bidders may obtain information, inspect and purchase the bidding document from the Senga Hill Town Council, Procurement Unit, P.O Box 420175, Senga Hill upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K500.00. The payment may be deposited in: Senga Hill Town Council District Fund Account, Access Bank, Mbala Branch, Account Number 0160100000239, Sort Code 351416. Submission Procedure
Sealed and bound bids clearly marked "Supply and Delivery of 20 Tonnes Tipper Truck" addressed to The Council Secretary, Senga Hill Town Council, must be submitted and deposited in the Tender box at Senga Hill Town Council, Mambwe Mission on or before Friday, 12th May, 2023 at 10:00 Hours Local time. Bids will be opened in the Council Chamber at Senga Hill Town Council in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend
