We are seeking experienced and target-oriented Territory Development Managers to manage assigned territories and drive sales growth for our beverage company, specializing in carbonated and non-carbonated drinks.
Job Summary
As a Territory Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel throughout your assigned territory to train and guide Customer Executive Sales Representatives
- Maintain solid working relationships with customers, resolve complaints, and meet their needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets by persuading customers to purchase company products and services
- Analyze sales and marketing data to determine effective sales techniques
- Develop innovative sales strategies to increase sales within your territory
- Conduct surveys to understand customer needs and attend trade shows to promote company products
- Ensure brand awareness meets company expectations and motivate Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas
- Monitor competitors’ sales activity within your territory
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Territory Development Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
