Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ticket Sellers. As a Ticket Seller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless ticketing operations and providing exceptional customer service to our passengers.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist them with ticket purchases and inquiries.
• Process cash and mobile payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized ticket booth area.
• Provide information regarding routes, schedules, and fare prices.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certificate or Diploma in finance will add advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
