Job Description

• Preparing and delivering lessons
  
• Marking students works, giving appropriate feedback and maintain records of students’ progress and development;
  
• Maintaining up - to - date subject knowledge;
  
• Selecting and using a range of different learning resources and equipment;
  
• Supporting students on an individual basis through academic or personal difficulties;
  
• Preparing students for graduation;
  
• Managing students behavior and applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior;
  
• Participating in and organizing extracurricular activities such as social activities and sports events;
  
• Participating in departmental meetings, parents visits, and the whole center activities;
  
• Undergoing regular observations and participating in regular in-service training as part of continuing professional development;
  
• Keep up to date all required pedagogic documents.
  
• To prepare and deliver theoretical courses in the field he/she is training in as it is set in the curriculum;
  
• To prepare, set up and oversee practical training exercises ;
  
• To set up practical training facilities;
  
• To maintain and manage training equipment;
  
• To plan the training program and implement it;
  
• To monitor the progress of Trainees and identify any bottlenecks individual trainees may be having;
  
• To write and share with the Supervisor the progress report on a weekly basis;
  
• Continually assess the changes in the market and propose ways to tailor the program to the market needs
  
• Plan for the training material/equipment and work with the procurement officer and management to avail them timely;
  
• To carry out any other duty as assigned by the Supervisor;
