JOB DETAILS:
KLYN Consulting is urgently recruiting experienced Trainer(s) for a short-term assignment. We are seeking professionals with proven skills and expertise in designing and delivering Capability/Competency Framework Training.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing Capability/Competency Frameworks.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver effective training programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in competency development and evaluation.
