JOB DETAILS:
The Key Purpose of this role is to provide for the efficient supply of all utilities to the production departments within the Brewery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• •Ensure safety, healthy & environmental legislation compliance
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
• Develop employees
• Ensure a healthy industrial relations climate
• Manage and apply personnel practices
• Maintain system integrity and change control
• Maintain and calibrate site instrumentation
• Ensure application documented standards
• Develop and update engineering standards through hub technical
• Optimise use of planned maintenance system
• Apply formal failure analysis process
• Apply relevant engineering spares strategy
• Project completion on time and in budget
• Manage budgeting process
• Control departmental costs
• Review financial results

Minimum Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Additional Business Qualification (Desirable)
• Legal: Working towards qualification
