Valuation Surveyor
Overview
Knight Frank Zambia Limited is a Real Estate and Property Management Company specialised in Real Estate leases and sales, land surveyor and valuation and property management and is looking for a Valuation Surveyor.

Role Requirement
To be part of an established and expanding valuation team, inspection of all types of property, prepare valuation reports, supervise junior staff, oversee, and vet reports for approval, reporting to senior manager and head of department.

Key Responsibilities
• Inspection of properties as may be assigned from time to time
• Preparation of valuation reports and valuation assessments for approval
• Supervision of Graduate Trainees on attachment with Knight Frank
• Assisting with coordination of all local and global compliance requirements
• Attend Team weekly meetings for management reporting and work in progress
• Ensuring efficient and timely preparation of bids and tenders for valuation jobs
• Liaison with Agency Team on market transactions and comparable information and database collection

Candidate Requirements
• Education and Qualifications: Bachelor of Degree in Land Economy/ Bachelor Science in Real Estate Management
• Experience: 3-5 years’ experience
• SST (Stratified Systems Thinking) level:Best Practice/SIZ / VSRB / MRICS
• Reporting: Senior Manager Valuation & Advisory
• Registered Valuation Surveyor or Undertaking APC
• Valid Driver’s license

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
