JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and Hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our Company. The Successful candidate will be required to ensure that Stock items are efficiently and effectively received, Stored and Issued out in line with the Company Standards and Procedures.

Responsibilities
• Receive, Inspect and issue out stock as per Company Standards and procedures
• Be able to account for Stock at all times
• Ensure that Stock is properly stored and easily identified
• Communicate Inventory needs with the Supervisor
• Perform cycle counts and assist in reconciliation
• Ensure that Stock records are updated on daily basis
• Ensure that Stock is classified by formulating an ABC Analysis
• Ensure that Stock levels are regulated by setting up minimum and maximum levels
• Be able to carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor

Required Qualification and Experience
• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or CIPS
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum of two years ‘experience
• Member of ZIPS
• Computer knowledge

Level of Education: Associate Degree
