JOB DETAILS:
Do You Have What It Takes?
• The WASH BAY DRIVER will be reporting to the Forman and Service Manager and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through conducting comprehensive quality checks on all customer vehicles prior to delivery from the wash bay. To keep orderliness at the wash bay area. Supervise all work at the wash bay and ensure work is done according to the Company’s Standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To make sure the necessary material is issued to attendants.
• Ensure all contractor wash bay staff report timely for duty and report any absenteeism concerns to management promptly
• Make sure vehicle cleaning are done by each one in fifteen minutes time according to the company’s Standards,
• Ensure all vehicles are tagged and parked in designated bays awaiting collection and tag keys as well as bay numbers,
• Support Service Advisors in the morning by driving vehicles to awaiting for repair/service parking area.
• Ensure vehicles in yard are parked in their correct designated places.
• Driving out of vehicles after washing and assisting service advisors driving vehicles up to security gate.
• Maintain orderliness in parking lot and all wash bay area.
• Keep keys and ensure all vehicles are locked for security.
• Adhere to the company’s standards by carefully handling customer vehicles & company tools & equipment to avoid damages and losses.
• Observe all driving rules and regulations as well as the company’s Standards.
• Support workshop on collection/delivery of sublet jobs,
• Ensure safety measures are upheld in case of accident hazards.
• Major aim is to finish all tasks assigned to the best of your ability.
• Carry out other assignments as directed by service management

Education & Experience:
• Must have a minimum qualification of grade 12 certificate
• Must be able to have a self-initiative with less supervision at all times
• Able to speak English.
• Driver’s license Class C.
• Self-discipline.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good time management skills,
• Uphold high integrity levels
