Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who has a strong foundation in graphic design and a good understanding of website design principles. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates their ability to create visually appealing graphics and a basic knowledge of web design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create visual content: Design graphics, icons, banners, and other visual elements for various digital platforms using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with web developers, UX/UI designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and functional designs.
• Support website design: Assist in designing website layouts and elements, ensuring they align with the brand’s identity and goals.
• Ensure responsive design: Understand the basics of responsive design to ensure graphics are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Maintain design consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with BNOP Media’s visual identity and guidelines.
• Stay updated with design trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our digital content remains modern and competitive.
• Test and iterate designs: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve and refine designs.

Requirements:
• Proven experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design projects, with some examples of web design work.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Basic web knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field is preferred.
