A fantastic opportunity is available for a Wholesale Manager: Zambia to join RB’s Africa Expansion team.
This role will be responsible to drive targeted business growth, distribution and instore execution in the channel. The expectation will be to also drive coverage increase benchmarked to the Best In Class peers. In addition to Wholesale, another key channel responsibility will be the Sub Distributor channel to drive upcountry distribution. You will need to manage monthly price surveys and recommended pricing with optimised TS to drive volumes and recommend investment changes based on ROI evaluation of Trade spends. .

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in Wholesale Business within the market. Preferably from FMCG companies.
• Language requirement: English & Hindi. Urdu beneficial.
