JOB DETAILS:
  Tsebo Facilities Zambia LTD, Africa’s leading facilities service provider is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Zambian with proven performance to fill the following vacant position below:
WORKS ORDER OFFICER X 01.

  Job Responsibilities
• Receive and process incoming orders for materials
• Prepare invoices and documentation
• Receive and respond to customer complaints
• Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary
• Check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise
• Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing
• Informs clients of the prices for the repair works
• Receives, distributes and tracks work orders for maintenance and repair
• Maintain a work order schedule
• Liases and coordinates with Facilities Maintenance Unit
• Monitor work order and contractor schedules to track and ensure, where possible contractor timeliness and communicates the same or changes to the schedule as relevant.
• File copies of orders received, or post orders on records
• Sharp time management and adherence to submission dates

Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have;
• Full grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in finance or accounting
• Office administration would be an added advantage
• 2-3 years’ experience in facilities; property or project management
• Good financial and business expertise
• Good understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA) and contract management
• operational experience
• computer literacy in MS Office packages
• excellent communication skills
• customer service centric
• team and project focused
• problem solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with the cooperate industry standards
