JOB DETAILS:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring completed Trucks are available for dispatch in a timely manner
• Ensuring the integrity of data in the company vehicle maintenance spreadsheets
• Daily workshop planning and setting up new tasks to make sure all vehicles and machines are in good condition at all times.
• Managing the workshop turnaround time.
• Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports to be sent to top management
• Responsible for processing all vehicle repair estimates and ensuring efficient follow up on outstanding tasks
• Identifying discrepancies and taking appropriate action to stop re-ocurrences
• Maintaining physical and digital records and files
• Perform route cause analysis and prepare reports on all incidents and other unforeseen events
• Maintaining service schedule records

REQUIRMENTS
• 5 years’ experience in a busy Workshop in a management position
• Experience in work scheduling and planning
• Extensive knowledge of all MS Office software, particularly MS Excel
• Self-motivated and a fast learner who enjoys a varied role
• Ability to communicate effectively and Proactive in approach to work
• Ability to develop and build relationships across all levels from management to junior staff
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
• Capable of working to deadlines
• Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
• Diploma or better in Auto mechanics/ engineering or similar field

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
