JOB DETAILS:
Allterrain Services -Zambia, Africa’s leading Catering service provider is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Zambians with proven performance to fill the existing vacant position at our Lusaka and Ndola projects in Zambia.


PURPOSE: Assisting the Chef to oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of meals in the Kitchen and the overall production of food.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Minimum of a grade 12 certificate any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The specific duties of the Kitchen Assistant will be as set out below but not limited to:
• Cleaning all kitchen equipment and ensuring that it is sanitized before use.
• Cleaning all utensils, cutlery and crockery in the kitchens.
• Assist the cooks in preparing meals and cooking meals for the clients.
• Scrub/mop all floors in the kitchen daily.
• Clean all the walls and ceilings as per the cleaning schedules.

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
