Your duties will include but not limited the following:
• Supervise admin staff to effectively contribute to the day to day efficient management of the office
• Order and management courier stationary
• Order and manager office stationery / Groceries, equipment, and other office utilities for operations is ensured
• Manage CS and courier Uniforms
• Receive, inspect and verify all goods or cause to be, and update the stores records
• Keep up-to-date stationery stock records and other related materials
• •Purchase of road taxes for all vehicles
• Ensure that all office certificate are displayed and are valid
• Ensure that insurance is done on time and all related claims
Qualifications:
• Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma business administration or a related field.
• Five (2) years of experience in a reputable organization
• Experience supervising and managing a professional staff.
• Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and unusual common sense.
