JOB DETAILS:
Emerging Cooking Solutions (Zambia) Limited, trading as “SupaMoto”, is a Zambian/Swedish joint venture, introducing clean burning modern cook-stoves, renewable cooking fuel pellets made from waste biomass and solar home systems. Our locally produced pellets are cheaper than charcoal and the cooking solution performs similar to a gas stove. Our solar home systems have a built in Pay as You Go (PAYGO)-mechanism and almost all payments for our products are made through Mobile Money. Our company has over 50 staff and is growing rapidly since our solution is unique and we are one of the first movers on a virgin market for renewable home energy. The positive environmental, socio-economic and macro-level impact of our solutions is immense. We truly have a solution for the dilemma of rapid deforestation and disproportionately high cooking fuel costs for low-income people. .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Provide perodic reports on the following;
o Defaulting customers
o Shops
o Resellers
• Reduce defaulter rates through the strategic engagement/use of call centre and repossession team whilst raising and following up tickets with various teams.Keeping proper records, balancing of stock cards and shock sheets on weekly basis in Shops (Resellers)
• Monitor the proper movement of stock from one location to the other, visit resellers and shops frequently to find out any problems faced by them, and suggest remedial measures to Management
• Ensure proper accounting of pellet sales and corresponding receipts.
• Ensure customers are using the right payment channels and it is reflecting on the PayGo system i.e. Angaza
• Ensure that pellets given out for subscription should match with a corresponding payment in Angaaza
• Prepare commission payable, based on the number of bags issued, sold and hand it over to the relevant department

  Job Skills:
• Good Knowledge in statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, etc)
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Expert planning and organisational skills
