Job Description:
Zamtel is hiring casual customer service agents to assist with responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Successful candidates will resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction with Zamtel’s telecom services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer queries about Zamtel services and products.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and account-related problems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good command of English and local languages.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
