JOB DETAILS:
A 20-hectare farm in Lusaka is seeking a qualified and experienced Farm Manager to oversee and manage its farming operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement plans and schedules for planting and harvesting crops.
• Supervise and motivate staff to ensure effective operations.
• Monitor and inspect farming activities to guarantee profitability and operational efficiency.
• Restock seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other essential supplies as needed.
• Prepare marketing schedules and sales sheets for farm produce.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations by all staff.
• Assist in the training and development of both new and existing staff members.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Diploma/Certificate in Agriculture from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience successfully cultivating crops (e.g., tomatoes, cabbage, peppers).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
Age Limit: Applicants should be no older than 40 years.
