JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• Observe a high standard of personal hygiene and follow laid down procedures
• Attend pre-shift and departmental meetings as scheduled
• Set up tables to the required standard
• Provide efficient service to allocated area and ensure excellent guest relations
• Handle all guest complaints in a courteous and professional manner
• Be familiar with the staff handbook, house rules and emergency procedures
• Present product information to clients on a proactive basis
• Actively interact with customers to identify their requirements
• Act correctly on instructions showing a clear understanding of the requirements

Qualifications
• Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations leadership role in a 3 to 4* high volume hotel establishment
• Passion for teamwork
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent guest service and communication skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
