  Innovate Life Assurance, a subsidiary of Innovate Holdings invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions:-
HEAD RETAIL
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To create, implement, drive and monitor the Retail and Partnerships business strategy focused on client growth, effective relationship management, product development and customer service for the various client segments in order to achieve desired growth targets.

  Job Responsibilities:
• Develop/Oversee the development of the Retail business strategy/strategies in liaison with the Chief Executive Officer
• Ensure that all business activities are aligned to Retail strategy and plans.
• To oversee all business development activities including the development of client pipelines in order to grow the base
• To oversee the assessment of client requirements and provide solutions that enable growth in revenue
• To oversee and identify of prospective clients and develop work rapport with them.
• To engage clients and understand their requirements so as to develop product proposals that will meet client need
• Maintenance and growth of customer relationships and identification of opportunities in those relationships and to work on those opportunities to their successful conclusion
• Ensure regular customer visits and keeping abreast with developments in various markets and industries that customers operate in.
• Oversee and ensure effective Customer service so as to build client loyalty and first to mind service provider of choice statu

• Full Grade twelve certificate
• Degree in business related studies
• Diploma/degree in insurance
