Job Description
Klapton Group is extending its activity in Zambia, and expand into the insurance sector.
The new activity will include general insurance activity, both traditional and unique digital products (insuretech).
We are looking for Head of General Insurance, to run the upcoming activities.
The candidate should be an experienced property and casualty underwriter with good understanding of local insurance products.
The Head of General Insurance will deal with: policy wordings, schedules, premium rates, terms & conditions and setting of the underwriting manual (the Business Constitution).
The right candidate should be able to learn, accept and adjust to new & advanced insurance methodologies.
