JOB DETAILS:
iSON Xperiences is the largest 3rd Party BPO service provider in Africa with a presence in 16 countries in Africa with client base across various verticals which include telecommunication; internet and television sectors.
iSON BPO commenced operations in Zambia in 2015 and now seeks to recruit a suitable and qualified candidate for the position of Information Technology Executive.
Reports to: Location IT Lead
Position Summary: The IT Executive is primarily responsible for ensuring support for all work requirements.

Duties & Responsibility
• Provides 24X7 support (hardware and software)
• Supports LAN/WAN 24X7
• Creates user accounts, managing rights and permissions etc.
• Keeps track of IT assets as per company policy
• Responsible for implementation of IT security
• Executes IT policies in the site

Qualifications
• Must be a graduate in computer science or any related field.
• Must have one to two years’ work experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Should have problem solving attitude
• Excellent analytical skills
• Willingly to work long hours
