Insurance Brokers (Branch Mangers)
We are looking to hire an experienced insurance broker to expand our client base. As an insurance broker you will be responsible for the management of the branch, up-selling plans to existing customers and cultivating lasting relationships.
To ensure success, you should have extensive knowledge of available insurance products, a passion for sales, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Insurance broker responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the agency
• Work with insurance officers to ensure targets are met, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld and customer satisfaction is achieved
• Create marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
• Recruiting, screening and training new insurance officers
• Ensure staff exercise good time management
• Researching current industry or market trends and using knowledge for business improvements.
• Researching all available policy options for the clients.
• Negotiating with underwriters to get the best policy at the best price.
• Presenting policy details to prospects and clients and signing agreements.
• Advising clients on how and when to make claims and facilitate process when need arises.
• Prepare necessary reports and present to management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related degree or diploma in insurance.
• Proven work experience as an insurance broker. 2.5 years +
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products.
• High level of negotiation skills.
