Job Summary
• We are looking for an Insurance Agent Officer to manage the insurance Agency. In this role, you will oversee initial placements, renewals, and the claims process. You should also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Life Assurance and General Insurance.
• Insurance Officer Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise insurance sales staff, assisting with initial placement and insurance renewals
Maintain low-loss ratios
Ensure a high standard of customer service
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies
Perform insurance functions as needed, including processing claims, billings, and policy changes

Insurance Officer Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field
Diploma in Insurance will be an added advantage
Member of IIZ
Insurance sales and underwriting experience
Risk management skills
Negotiation skills
Minimum of 3 years work experience

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
