ActionAid Zambia (AAZ) is part of the ActionAid Global (AAG) Federation, sharing common values and aims to drive social change towards a just, equitable and sustainable world. AAZ works with the marginalized, excluded women and young people, their organizations, and social movements to address the structural causes of social injustice, gender inequality and poverty.

ActionAid Zambia invites interested eligible Contractors to submit bids for the followings Projects in Mpulungu and Nakonde.

Lot 1. Upgrading of Mono Pumps and Installation of Water Reticulation Systems at The Following Public Facilities in Mpulungu.

1. Solar powered water reticulation system pump at Vyamba Rural Health Center Vyamba ward.
2. Solar powered water reticulation system at Vyamba Primary School Vyamba Ward.
3. Solar powered water reticulation system at Lupongwe Primary School Isoko Ward.

Lot 2. Upgrading of Mono Pumps and Installation of Water Reticulation Systems at Public Facilities in Nakonde.

1. Solar powered water reticulation system at Nachisanga Primary school ward.
2. Solar powered water reticulation system at Chapwanya Primary school Chiwanza ward.
3. Solar powered water reticulation system at Ituntu Primary school Mpande ward.

Eligible contractors to submit the following:

• PACRA Registration Certificate
• Certificate of registration with Engineering institute of Zambia
• ZRA clearance certificate
• Full contract quotation
• More than two years of operation in the WASH sector (proof)
• Work plan.
• National Construction Council category – C (Grade 5 or 6)
• Must be Registered with WARMA
• Certificate site visit
• Company Equipment
• Company Human Resource.

The submissions must be sent in both soft copies and Hard copies: Softy copy to ActionAid Lusaka on: Info.Zambia@actionaid.org. Hard copies to be submitted at the tender box placed at Provincial Procurement Office – Provincial Administration Northern Province office, Clearly labeled ActionAid Water Schem Contract Quotation with specific Lot number/s being targeted in the enclosed envelope.
