JOB DETAILS:
Overall Purpose of the job
Undertaking the provision of legal services in order to safeguard the interests of the Company, comply with provisions of the law and facilitate Board business.

Key responsibilities among others include:
• Preparation and review of contracts, agreements, laws, regulations and other legal documents in order to safeguard the interests of the Company
• Undertaking of legal research into matters of interest to the Company in order to facilitate the provision of legal opinions and advice to the company.
• Periodical monitoring and review of various pieces of legislation that are relevant to the Company operations in order to ensure compliance
• Undertaking effective representation of the Company in court and other appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in order to protect the interest of the Company.

Qualifications and experience
• Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate
• LLB Degree
• Advocate of the High Court
• 2-3 years post-bar experience

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
