JOB DETAILS:

In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the above vacancy.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the job holder will be responsible for managing the production of timely, complete, and accurate management accounts, supported by reconciliations and auditable records. He/She will also review and develop financial processes to ensure they meet the ongoing needs of the Banks business

Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE Equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional qualification ACCA/CIMA or ZICA
• Minimum of five years (5) relevant accounting and finance experience

Skills Required to undertake the Role:
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Strategic thinker who possess solid business acumen and is able to organise and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive
• Analytical skills

Experience in Months: 60
