We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead our organization to the next level of growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategy to achieve growth, profitability, and market leadership.
Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to industry regulations.
Financial Management: Drive financial performance by developing budgets, managing P&L, and ensuring cost efficiency while meeting revenue targets.
Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding the company’s footprint both locally and internationally.
Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the company, its Board of Directors, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.
Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Managing Director, CEO, or similar leadership role in the liquor, beverages, or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and market dynamics in the liquor and beverages sector.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability in a competitive environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
