Job Summary
To effectively administrate documents within the New Business environment by capturing all the personal, medical, financial and payment details on all applications

Job Description
Accountability: Pre-selection of applications to be captured
• Screen all application forms physical and electronic for accuracy
• Ensure that all KYC details meet business and policy standard
• Process all client applications sent to the New Business
Accountability: Capturing of application details onto admin system
• Capture client’s personal details, such as, addresses, beneficiaries, etc.
• Capture product and benefit details as applied for by the client
• File all documents already registered in client files as per the agreed workflow process and filing standards.
• Process telephone enquiries from clients and Financial Advisers on applications captured.
Accountability: Teamwork
• Work closely with the other members of the team to deliver outstanding performance.
• Take responsibility for routine duties (scanning, filing, policy printing etc) on a rotational basis with other members of the team.
• Contribute to an environment of mutual support by sharing knowledge with other team members on day-to-day activities.

Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
