Overview
Kafubu Water and Sanitation Company is a Water Utility Company on the Copperbelt providing quality water and sanitation services to its customers in Ndola, Luanshya and Masaiti. In its continued strides to sustain and improve service delivery to its esteemed customers, the Company seeks to employ highly motivated and goal oriented individuals in the positions of:
Sewer Maintainance Superintendent (Re-advertised)

Location: Ndola

Overall purpose of the job
To facilitate the maintenance and operation of the sewer network in order protect the public health and environment.

Main responsibilities include:
• Undertaking effective implementation of sewerage policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals in order to guide operations.
• Undertaking effective maintenance of sewer networks in order to collect and convey the sewage to the treatment plants.
• Ensuring timely unblocking of sewer system in order to protect the public health and the environment.
• Supervising effective installation of new sewer connections in order to expand the customer and revenue base
• Undertaking effective assessment of network performance in order to determine the need for rehabilitation and expansion of sewer networks.
Qualification and experience
• Full form V/Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Civil/Water Engineering
• 2 years experience in sanitation.

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
