Situation Vacancy: Stores Clerk For January 2025
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Full Grade 12 (Twelve) School Certificate.
• Diploma or Certificate in Stores Management or related field.
• At least two (2) years’ work experience working as a Stores Clerk or similar role, particularly in a school.
• Proficiency in using computerised inventory management systems or related software.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to issue stock as per approved procedure.
• Ability to ensure that supplied goods are recorded, maintained and goods issued are accounted for.
• Ability to receive stock from suppliers and ensure that goods received vouchers are recorded.
• Ability to monitor and manage stock re-ordering levels.
