Tender Title: Supply of Indigenous/Local Certified Seeds
Client: ActionAid Zambia
ActionAid Zambia hereby invites national tenders for the supply of indigenous certified seeds. Participation in the competition is open on equal terms to all national companies or enterprises with a valid trading license and specialized expertise in this field.

1. Items to be Supplied
The following certified indigenous/Local seeds are required and must be delivered to Nalolo and Sesheke Districts in Western Province:

1. Sorghum Kuyuma/Sima 2.5kg by 300 Bags
2. Maize Kafwamba 5kg by 300 Bags
3. Cowpea Ubebe 2.5kg by 300 Bags
4. Groundnuts Wamusanga 2.5kg by 300 Bags

2. Application Method
Interested suppliers/vendors are requested to submit the following documents:

  • Company profile.
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
  • Valid registration certificate from PACRA
  • Financial quotation.
  • Evidence of similar works.

3. Submission Details
Bids in hard copies should be delivered to the ActionAid Zambia Offices not later than 10th October 2024.
Only shortlisted vendors will be contacted.
