REGISTRATION OF VENDORS FOR 2024- 2026.

Tropical Health and Education Trust (THET) Zambia is a non- profit Organization focused on improving health care in Zambia through health partnerships, capacity building and support to medical education. THET works to strengthen health care systems, enhance training for health care professionals and promote research and innovation in the health sector. THET Zambia collaborates with local and international partners to address health challenges and improve health outcomes in Zambian communities.

THET Zambia is seeking applications from qualified and interested companies to register as suppliers for 2024 to 2026.

LOT1: Supply of Stationery and Toners

LOT 2: Supply of furniture /Equipment (tables, chairs, filling cabinets shelves ETC)

LOT 3: Large format printing and branding (Billboards, Pop up banners, dairies, corporate wear etc.)

LOT 4: Car hire services, Air flight services and Freight services

LOT 5: Conferencing, Events catering and lodging

LOT 6: General insurance and Medical insurance

LOT 7: Medical equipment spares and tools.

LOT 8: Media, Photography, publishing and translation of manuals

LOT 9: Consultancy (audit)

LOT 10: ICT maintenance (printers and computers)

LOT 11: Bulk SMS, Internet bundles,

LOT 12: General Trading

Interested suppliers and consultants/service providers shall provide the following information to THET with following the documents.

Company profile
Valid ZRA tax clearance certificate.
Valid ZPPA certificate
NAPSA or social security certificate
References of past and or current customers
Valid registration certificate from PACRA
Valid or current location of the business office

Application Process

Only service providers, vendors and organizations/consultants who meet the specified requirements should apply. Applications should be submitted by email only. When submitting your company’s application, clearly indicate the category and lot number of interest and then email documents to maria.mukwangole@thet.org. Deadline for receiving applications is Monday, 22nd April 2024 at 17hrs. No applications will be accepted after this closing date and time. Only shortlisted service providers and consultants will be contacted.
