JOB DETAILS:
Our Team Members are key individuals for Smoothie and Milkshake Bar. As a Team Member you are challenged with the task of making the perfect smoothie or Milkshake – with right amount of fresh fruits, cold pressed juices and all natural ingredients blended together for one customer at a time. Not only will you educate the customers about our smoothies, but also the health benefits associated with each dynamic recipe in their quest to live a better life. As a Team Member, you will be cross-trained in all sections within our store.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Ability to work quickly while delivering an amazing customer experience
• Knowledge of each smoothie/ juice/milkshake recipe and the ingredients included
• Knowledge of what each ingredient is and its nutrients
• Understanding of recipies
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude
• Clean and maintain a safe and secure food environment
• Promote positive brand image
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Positive attitude
• Passion for customer service, integrity and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of health industry, making of smoothies and Milkshakes
• Passion for organic foods/juicing
• Previous customer service experience a plus
• Ability to read and write in English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and serve customers in an energetic and friendly fashion.
• Build relationships with customer by answering menu questions and making beverage suggestions from the menu.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Prepare beverages (including coffee drinks and smoothies), following standard recipes and presentation techniques; request clarification if needed.
• Create or Identify better practices and make suggestions to Supervisors and Management.
• Identify opportunitiees to increase sales and make suggestions to Supervisors.
• Serve food and beverages to customer at their tables.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensure charges are accurate, and return correct change to customers
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by keeping the work area clean and organized, following all sanitation standards.
• Keep equipment clean and safely operating by following operating instructions; troubleshoot breakdowns, and perform preventative maintenance, if requested.
• Have a working knowledge of blenders and equipment.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
